In respect of Oil Seals manufactured from a rubber compound other than of Nitrite Base, the following prefix are attached to the above description.
i) S -Silicone
ii) P -Polyacrylic
iiil) F Fluoroelastomer Subsequently, approximate dimensions are indicated thus: Shaft Diameter x Outer Diameter x Width.

Condition of Seal

1. General(A) No order, whether resulting from a quotation or not, shall be deemed to or shall constitute a contract between us unless confirmed by us on our official acceptance form.

(B) Any acceptance by us of an order is subject to the following terms and conditions, if your c.c. official order form contains special printed conditions it is understood that such Condition are only accepted In so far as they are not at variance with out terms and conditions.

2. Revision of Prices.We reserve the right to amend the price without notice and prices ruling at the time of delivery will be charged irrespective of the date of your order or our acceptance.

3.Quotations are submitted and orders accepted on the understanding that the company has the option to make variation upto 10% in the quantity of any reference number ordered, the total amount payable by you being increased or decreased proportionately.

4.Delivery. All prices are F.O.R. Faridabad, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Time For Delivery. Time of delivery is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to extend the time as may be reasonable if execution of the contract by us is hindered or delayed by your instructions or lack of instructions or by any cause of any nature whatsoever is beyond our responsible control.

6. Payment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment for all goods despatched shall be net cash on delivery of documents against payment through a Scheduled Bank.

7. Dies, Patterns etc. All dies, patterns and tools, whether part cost be quoted or otherwise or included in the price of goods sold, remain our property, unless otherwise arranged. We will preserve these for a reasonable time in anticipation of future orders, but without any liability on our part.

8. Samples. We cannot be responsible for the custody of customer's samples, drawing etc. which will not be returned unless requested.

9. Packages. Unless otherwise agreed Packing & Forwarding shall be charged, at cost.

10. Warranties. All goods are supplied on the condition that we shall not be liable for any loss incurred through stoppages not for any consequential toss.

11. Guarantee. Our products are guaranteed by us free from all defects in material used and defects in manufacture, except as otherwise stated in these conditions. We accept no responsibility, however for any consequential loss or damage, nor for any defect or damage arising from failure or neglect to comply with our notes on storage and fitting.

12. Descriptive Matter. All descriptive matter, specifications, drawings, particulars of weight, dimensions and other information contained in our catalogues are believed to be accurate but no responsibility can be accepted for errors. No representation shall be implied in any contract as tp the accuracy of any information contained therein.

13. Returns. Returns are acceptable only if previously agreed by us in writing. When goods need to be ,.ojj returned due to incorrect ordering by the purchaser, all charges upto our factory are payable by the purchaser and a further charges of 10% of the value of returned goods will be made to us to cover handling and incidentals.

14. Price List. The possession of our price lists is not to be constructed as an offer to sell the goods listed therein. The right is reserved to cancel any item without notice. Every care is taken in the preparation of our price lists, but no responsibility can be accepted for errors.

15. Law Governing Contracts: Unless otherwise expressly stated all contracts shall be construed in accordance with and the performance thereof governed by India law.

16. Rusting-Steel/ Rubber of Steel / Felt Oil Seals. Every precaution is taken to prevent corrosion and rusting, in these circumstances we regret we cannot hold ourselves responsible for rusting. To obviate rusting, we recommend that as far as possible, these oil seals be stored in a dry atmosphere. No claims for rusting can be entertained.

17. Oil seals packed in tens, and multiples thereof.

18. Any dispute 'arising shall be within the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.

19. Excise duty, Sales-Tax and other Government taxes are payable extra wherever applicable.

20. Dealers can sell the goods at a price lower than the list prices.
